We care about our products and make every effort to deliver them to you in good
condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that a parcel gets damaged during
transport.

Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that comes to light within
two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. (We are based in the Netherlands)

If you discover a product defect, you must contact us within a reasonable period.
A reasonable period is in any case two months.
Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us on time via +31(0)23 58 48 343 or info@fiammhorns.com,
we will arrange for a free repair, replacement or credit.

Return of wrongly ordered goods
We are happy to accept any item for exchange or refund within 30 days from receipt of goods, provided it has not been used/mishandled/opened.

Some products are packed in blisters. This gives you the opportunity to view the product without opening.
Please note: Fiammhorns.com does not provide shipping of wrongly ordered goods.

If you feel that Fiammhorns.com is responsible for sending faulty items, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@fiammhorns.com.
We will gladly send you a replacement or make a refund upon arrival of the faulty items.

Please note that breakage due to your own doing, will not be replaced or refunded.

Do make sure to obtain a receipt from your post office as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept warranty claims for Fiamm products purchased
elsewhere than fiammhorns.com.
We kindly ask you to contact the company where you originally purchased the product.
